Our Molding Equipment Includes:

• 12 Injection Molding presses ranging in size from 30 ton to 150 ton
• Shot capacity up to 7 ounces

Resins we mold include:

ABS - used for common items such a computer monitor and printer housings.
ABS/PBT
ABS/PC - housings.
ABS/PVC
Acetal - used on items such as snap-together coolant lines.
Acrylic - usually used for clear parts such as key chain photo holders.
ASA - similar to ABS, but UV stable.
ETPU - flexible rubber-like resin.
HDPE - low cost, chemical resistant
LCP - high temp resin.
LDPE - low cost, chemical resistant
MABS
Nylon - strong resin, very commonly used.
PBT - commonly used for electrical components.
PC - clear parts such as push buttons or light pipes.
PE - low cost resin, chemical resistant
PEI - strong high temp resin, expensive.
PES
PP - low cost resin with good chemical resistance. Popular for medical parts.
PPS
PS - low cost, low strength resin. Black VHS video housings are made from PS.

PVC - flexible - popular for medical parts.
PVC - rigid - used on plastic plumbing pipes and fittings.
